The "Reset my password" button is misleading. It should be "Forget me" instead as all the information of the user is erased permanently from LRR. How to reproduce ------------------ 1. With an existing account, click the "reset my password" button 2. Enter and submit the specified credentials on the Reset Page, which automatically directs you to the sign up page. 3. Fill in new information on the sign up page results -------- 1. User receives the following message: "Your entered student number could not be verified. Please contact Student Management Office . Thanks." 2. The results show that the students information has now been erased which indicates that the RESET MY PASSWORD button should instead read FORGET ME Conclusion ---------- The RESET MY PASSWORD button should be changed to FORGET ME as the current reading is quite misleading to users and could cause serious problems in the future, especially where user data stored in their LRR account is concerned.
