Many repeated file names

The assignment's type is Group.  A group member submitted the assignment by attaching the file fd5e...01cb.png.  

- The file name fd5e...01cb.png has been repeated many times after "Submitted files:" in the group  member's Submitted tab.  See the attached picture ManyRepeatedFilenames.JPG.

- The file name does not show in other group members' Submitted tab.  Instead, "No Attachments found." is displayed.  See NoAttachmentsFound.JPG.

Bug: other group members cannot see the assignment attachment when that group assignment is submitted by another guy.

Expect: If it is a group assignment,  the other members should also see the submitted attachment even if someone else in the group submitted that assignment for them.
