unable to edit the remarking reason

While checking the mark of my previous assignment, I found the feedback from the instructor asking me to explain a sentence. I clicked the button to submit my answer and a small tab having two-button ("ENTER" and "CANCEL") and an answer text area shows up. I clicked the CANCEL button without writing anything in the answer text area and I got the following result(see attachment) with no possibility to change the answer.
